Obviously, the high level of real estate and property management services we provide wouldn’t be possible without our people. Each member of the Windermere/Walla Walla team is inspired by your hopes and dreams, and driven by a passion for finding you the perfect home.

We’re led by the mother/son duo of Doug Simcock, owner/designated broker, and Betty Simcock, associate broker/owner. Prior to fulfilling a long-held dream to own a brokerage, Betty served the Walla Walla Valley as a realtor for more than three decades, and Doug gained experience both as a general contractor and realtor. The two joined forces in 1996, creating a dynamic and successful real estate partnership. The family purchased Windermere/Walla Walla in 1999, an enterprise that has since become one of the regions largest and most trusted.

Giving back to the communities they serve is important to Doug, Betty and everyone at Windermere. Our agents are personally involved in civic and community endeavors that improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods, and regularly contribute to the Windermere Foundation and participate in our community service days.
